The most comment one is the traditional painted walls, but still there is a variety of different colours, shades, finishes and textures available and the correct selection and combination of these can make a huge difference to the finished interior design of a property in Perth, WA.

Wall paper is one wall finish that is really coming back in vogue; this can be used for whole rooms to create a stunning look or to create a feature wall in a room to provide great contrast.  Wall Paper can also be used to cover some imperfections on particular walls in older properties.

Internal walls can also be paneled with whole wall panels with finishes ranging from a timber veneer look to other more exotic colours and textures. Walls can also have fabric panels framed or unframed and when this is applied correctly can create a real luxury interior designer feel.

Glass is being used more extensively in upmarket walls going from the standard splash-back role into sometimes being used for whole rooms which may also include bathrooms. Art on glass can give a stunning personalised look and the use of reflective glass can also be quite effective.

Stone, in particular pencil stack stone is sometimes a great option. This provides a more rustic feel to a particular interior design.
